ORGNAL CAR CHARGER. THE EXCLUSIVE PART. When that card arrives, its price immediately exceeds 10% of the original cost of the card. This cost applies as part of any additional purchase of that number (which, in the ultimate case, applies only if the card is purchased in a retail or foreign store to cover the additional cost, e.g., to cover the additional costs necessary to pay the associated shipping service charges).
If the purchase price is less than 10% of the original cost (i.e., the retail or foreign cost), the dealer reserves the right to modify or terminate the purchase price as required to effectuate the sale.
The buyer must be available for future order fulfillment by 3:00 pm ET Friday, Jan. 19th, 2015 / 8:30 am Friday, Dec. 10th, 2015 / 6:00 pm EST (and 12:59 pm on Fri., Dec. 11th, 2015) to receive a refund of the purchase price. The refund must be in writing and notarized by mail from the original address listed below. Should the refund be denied, any future orders will be shipped to the purchaser’s address on the day of the refund notice shown. The dealer reserves the right, in its discretion, to cancel or change the purchase price, or any amount (other than the original purchase price) provided by law or within 30 days after such notice is given without notice.
